We ship to every country in the European Union, fully tracked. Some pieces are dispatched from our partner ateliers and warehouses rather than from the Netherlands; this never affects your rights or delivery times.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery within the EU then takes approximately 4–8 business days (in rare cases up to 12). A tracking link is sent by email the moment your parcel is on its way.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided pieces are unworn and returned with their tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense; refunds are issued within 10 business days of receipt. Final sale, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
