Shipping Policy

We ship to every country in the European Union. Every order is sent with a tracking link so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all orders of €100 or more, throughout the EU.
• Below €100, the shipping rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the European Union then takes approximately 4–8 business days; in rare cases, during peak periods or carrier delays beyond our control, up to 12 business days. You receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Because our pieces are produced and shipped in small editions, some items may be dispatched from our partner ateliers and warehouses rather than from the Netherlands. This never affects your rights, returns or the delivery times above.

Customs & duties

We currently ship within the European Union only, so no customs duties or import charges apply to your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Pre-orders

If a product is marked as pre-order, it takes approximately 1–4 weeks to ship. You are reserving a piece before it is back in stock; the expected shipping window is shown on the product page.

Delivery, missed & lost parcels

If a parcel is not collected from a pick-up point and is returned to sender, we can re-ship it once the parcel has reached us; re-shipping costs may apply. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for parcels that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
