Shipping, returns & exchanges.

Delivery across the EU

We ship to every country in the European Union with a tracking link on every order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery then takes approximately 4–8 business days (in rare cases up to 12).

• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
• Below €100, the rate for your country is shown at checkout
• No customs duties within the EU

Pre-orders

Pieces marked as pre-order ship in approximately 1–4 weeks. You are reserving a piece before it is back in stock; the expected window is shown on the product page. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns

Unworn pieces with their tags and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@saint-veloir.com with your order number; we reply within 1–2 business days with the return address in the Netherlands. Return shipping is at your own expense — please use a tracked service.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the piece you have and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so it is secured for you straight away. Final sale, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. As an EU consumer you also keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
