Order & Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within the European Union takes approximately 4–8 business days, fully tracked. In rare cases (peak periods, carrier delays) it can take up to 12 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to every country in the European Union. Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more; below that, the rate for your country is shown at checkout. No customs duties apply within the EU.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Write to info@saint-veloir.com as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to amend or cancel before the order is dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days). Once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
Product Care
How should I care for linen and cotton pieces?
Wash cold on a delicate cycle, reshape while damp and lay flat or hang to dry. Iron on a medium setting while slightly damp for the cleanest finish.
How do I care for knitwear?
Dry-clean only, or hand wash cold with a wool detergent. Always dry flat — never hang knitwear wet, as it will lose its shape.
Will the gold detailing tarnish?
Our hardware is plated for longevity. Keep dry, avoid perfume contact and store in the dust bag provided.
Returns & Exchange
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces with their tags and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Write to info@saint-veloir.com with your order number. Within 1–2 business days we send you the return address in the Netherlands and instructions. Please don't ship anything before your return is approved.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is at your own expense — we recommend a tracked service. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit?
Our menswear is cut with a relaxed Riviera silhouette — softly tailored through the shoulder with an easy line through the body. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down.
Where can I find size guides?
A detailed size guide with chest, waist and length measurements is available on every product page, just beneath the size selector.
What if I am between sizes?
Write to info@saint-veloir.com with your usual size in two reference brands and we'll advise the best fit before you order.
