This website, saint-veloir.com, is operated by D.T. E-Commerce (trading as Saint Véloir), Pinksterbloemweg 255, 1508 BT Zaandam, the Netherlands (this is not a return address) · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 74998129 · info@saint-veloir.com. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Saint Véloir. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), including the policies referenced here (Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully before using the site.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor transmit any malicious code. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of our services to you.

2. Products, prices and availability

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Our collections are produced in small editions; we may limit quantities per order and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

3. Orders and payment

An agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability; if your payment has already been taken it will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay); we never store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the European Union. Processing, delivery times, shipping costs and the handling of lost or undelivered parcels are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns, right of withdrawal and refunds

You may return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. This policy includes and extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer. Return shipping is at your own expense unless the return is due to our error.

6. Conformity and warranty

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, products must conform to the agreement. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us at info@saint-veloir.com with photos; we will repair, replace or refund the item as required by law.

7. Order changes and cancellations

We are happy to change or cancel an order as long as it has not been dispatched; contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies. Pre-ordered, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be cancelled once production or reservation has started.

8. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We may update the content at any time, but are not obliged to do so.

9. Accounts and personal information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, photography, text, logos and the Saint Véloir name — is our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, sold or exploited without our express written permission.

11. Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites which we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; please review their policies before engaging with them.

12. User comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or other content (for example by tagging @saintveloir), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish that content in connection with our brand, and you confirm it does not infringe the rights of others.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any purchase are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the courts of your own country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
