Cancellation policy.

We're happy to assist with order changes or cancellations, provided your order hasn't been shipped yet (typically same or next business day). If you need to make any changes, please contact our concierge as soon as possible at info@saintveloir.com so we can accommodate your request.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. This is because pre-ordered pieces are made or reserved specifically for you, and production is based on the number of orders received. We appreciate your understanding and support for small-batch, intentional production.

Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.
