Refund policy.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are sent to our location in the Netherlands.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return does not meet these requirements, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saintveloir.com with your order details. All returns must be requested through this channel. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, the return window will be closed.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once shipped, please provide the tracking number and carrier so we can monitor the return.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return process, as well as any potential customs duties. If customs duties appear, we will send a secure payment link prior to processing the refund or exchange.

Products on final sale cannot be exchanged or returned. Made-to-order and altered pieces are also final sale.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be shipped back to our European location. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For orders with special offers (e.g. Buy 2, Get 1 Free), complimentary items are non-refundable. If you wish to return any of the purchased items from such offers, all associated complimentary items must also be returned.
