Do you offer a complimentary timepiece?

Yes. Every order above €200 includes a complimentary Saint Véloir timepiece, added automatically at checkout. One per order.

Where do you ship?

We offer trackable shipping worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our network of ateliers and warehouses around the world, so your piece travels from the location closest to you. Delivery within the European Union takes approximately 4–8 business days; international orders arrive within approximately 4–12 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

We cover all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. For other destinations, any local import fees are the customer's responsibility.

How long do orders take to dispatch?

In-stock orders are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Pre-order pieces take about 1–4 weeks to ship, as they are reserved for you before restocking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We're happy to assist with changes or cancellations, provided your order hasn't been shipped yet. Write to info@saintveloir.com as soon as possible. Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once placed. See our Cancellation Policy.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided pieces are unworn, with their tags and original packaging. For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to secure your size. Full details are on our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties that may apply on the return. Final sale, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I find my size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with garment measurements. When in doubt, write to us with your usual size in a reference brand and we will recommend the right fit.

How should I care for my pieces?

Linen, silk and cashmere each ask for a different gesture. Our Care Guide walks through the rituals that keep every piece beautiful, season after season.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by email the moment your parcel leaves the atelier. You can also follow your order at any time on our tracking page.
