We offer trackable shipping worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our network of ateliers and warehouses around the world, so your piece travels from the location closest to you. Delivery within the European Union takes approximately 4–8 business days; international orders arrive within approximately 4–12 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
We cover all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. For other destinations, any local import fees are the customer's responsibility.
In-stock orders are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Pre-order pieces take about 1–4 weeks to ship, as they are reserved for you before restocking.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided pieces are unworn, with their tags and original packaging. For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to secure your size. Full details are on our Refund Policy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties that may apply on the return. Final sale, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
