Shipping policy.

• EU: approximately 4–8 business days
• International: approximately 4–12 business days
• These are the usual shipping times, applicable to almost all orders. Shipping delays may rarely occur, which is beyond our control.

We cover all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the following countries: EU, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties or additional import fees may occasionally apply. In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges to ensure delivery.

If a product is marked as pre-order, it will take about 1–4 weeks to ship. You are reserving a product before it becomes available in stock. We usually restock pieces 1–3 times per month.

If a package is not picked up, it can only be re-delivered if that option is available; it cannot be refunded.

If our shipment is marked as delivered, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered.
